About the position

As a Transport Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and optimized planning of goods flows into the central warehouse, both for daily operations and during peak periods. You will work closely with colleagues in the planning team and the operations team for inbound and outbound to achieve high delivery precision and quality in our transports. The responsibilities of the position include:

• Creating and optimizing transport planning in collaboration with warehouse production and goods flow management.
• Ensuring transport capacity based on the business needs, as well as booking and adjusting transport volumes as needed.
• Operationally and tactically collaborating with carriers and external partners.
• Monitoring delivery precision and transport quality.
• Participating in cross-functional forums and development projects to improve incoming transport flows.
• Operational customs handling regarding incoming container flows.
• Supporting colleagues within the team as needed.

Who are we looking for?

To be the right fit for the position, we see that you have the following qualifications:

• Relevant education in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Documented experience in logistics and SCM, with a strong ability to plan and optimize logistics flows.
• Desirable experience in customs handling but not a requirement.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and make decisions in line with production goals.
• Strong collaborative skills with both internal and external parties.
